Suning area is located in the middle of Raoyang depression, adjacent to the oil –riched trough area Hejian sag, the remaining oil resources is enrich, is the hydrocarbon exploration target. The tectonic background and oil source condition in this area is favorable, but because of far away from the source area and the influence of geomorphology, sedimentary facies are complicated, reservoir distribution changes rapidly. Because the distribution of sedimentary facies and the space distribution regularity of sand body are not clearly, hydrocarbon exploration has been seriously restricted. Therefore, strengthening the research of sedimentary system and sand body prediction is the key to the exploration of stratigraphic and lithologic oil and gas reservoirs in this area.Through the study of Palaeogene(Es1 ~ Ed3) sedimentary facies in Suning area, this thesis expects to discuss the reservoir sandbody characteristics by several aspects such as form, scope, distribution, the lateral and vertical heterogeneity on connectivity, and construct sedimentary model and further analyzes the effect to the accumulation of hydrocarbon, and then provide help for the further exploration and development of oilfield.During the study, take the Es1 to Ed3 layers as the main purpose layers, and sandbody characterization and transport system evaluation as the core, comprehensive application of seismic data, core data, logging data and geological background data, system establishment the isochronous stratigraphic framework of research area, and through the analysis of related core, single well sedimentary facie and well connected sedimentary facie to seek its sedimentary facie types and distribution rule, fine research the sand body distribution characteristics of objective layer. Now, it’s clear that the area is in the downstream of the meandering river deposition, with favorable conditions for the formation of lithologic oil and gas reservoirs; describe the distribution of sand body by using the theory of sequence stratigraphy and strata slice technology, further accurate implement the development characteristics of lithologic trap, construction the “broken sand coupling, sources rock is below the reservoir formation” new mode of lithologic reservoirs accumulating, put forward the“vertically stacked enrichment, transverse composite piece” oil and gas enrichment rules and guide the exploration and achieved new discovery.
