The Research And Application Of Fuzzy Bayes Discriminant Analysis Algorithm In Discriminant Classification System

Under the background of today’s big data, at the same time, the emergence of massive data with diverse data processing. The experience shows that in huge amounts of information only a fraction of the data is valuable. Forced to automatically and efficiently retrieve useful information technology requirements. data mining technology is becoming more and more important.Bayes discriminant method is a classical algorithm of data mining, it has been widely used in multiple discriminant area, and the discrimination ability and efficiency was also recognized. In the Bayes discriminant method based on the shortcomings, hope that through the integration with other technologies to broaden its scope of application. Therefore, in order to overcome the uncertainty and fuzziness of actual discriminant classification problem, this topic choose to process fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy Bayes discriminant method combing phenomenon.In this paper, based on discriminant classification system for the needs of users, more aim at the characteristic of actual discriminant classification problem, combining fuzzy mathematics with Bayes discriminant method, using expert evaluation method to determine the probability of occurrence of discrimination issues in all know overall classification.The main work and research content of the following aspects.(1) Study the distance discriminant method and Bayes discriminant method of theoretical knowledge and collect related research and application. Through the comparative analysis of the two algorithms, to get their advantages and disadvantages, find a breakthrough point combined with fuzzy mathematics.(2) Study the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Insight into the practical application of the discriminant classification cases, planning fuzzy Bayes discriminant classification process, the corresponding model is established.(3) Discriminant analysis classified demand characteristics, combined with the established algorithm the model, defined the data input and output in the system.(4) On the basis of the algorithm model and requirements of actual discriminant classification, to complete the overall design of discriminant classification system, and write code to achieve. After the completion of the system, the algorithm is verified, the feasibility of the test and the comparison of various algorithm discriminant analysis.This paper not only expounds the contents of the research, but also introduces the application of fuzzy Bayesian discrimination in practice and demonstrates the system after the realization.
