The rapid development of the second generation sequences technology and accumulation of large-scale biological data accelerate the update and elimination of the old version data, resulting in the speed of data processing increasingly lags behind the speed of data generation. Wiki provides a platform for solving these problems. In recent years, Wiki Pedia has been applied to biology successfully, which forming the Biological-Wiki. As a job in foreign countries, curation is a frontier in China. Integrating the data, translating it to the formatting and unification data, getting the accessible searching data and forming the database are main steps of curation. As one of the most important food for human, scientists studied and paid much attention to rice. In the era of big data, professional biocurator is not enough, it can’t meet the needs of data processing already. The Rice Wiki database was built based on the Wiki. The base of Rice Wiki is community curation. Rice Wiki devoted to collect community intelligence of all the researchers, which make it possible to build a rice encyclopedia.Rice will be affected by biotic stress and abiotic stress, which resulting in the decrease of production and plant death. The study of stress-resistance genes and the resistance mechanism is the priority now. In this paper, the working contents and results are as follows:(1) 500 rice stress resistance genes of eight kinds of stress resistance was collected from literature: salinity tolerance, drought tolerance, cold tolerance, heat tolerance, dwarf resistance, lodging resistance, bacterial blight resistance and blast resistance.(2) Curating the rice stress resistance genes based on the plateform of Rice Wiki and publishing the curated information on Rice Wiki.(3) The 500 rice stress-resistance genes were further analyzed. First, the proteinprotein interaction between the 500 rice genes was analyzed, which containing 78 protein interactions among 61 proteins. The results of co-expression analysis indicated that 21.61% protein pairs have a tendency to co-expression, which showed the protein encoded by the stress-resistance genes could interact with each other. Finally, the GO enrichment is analyzed by argi GO, the result indicated that the significant level of GO terms related to the stress is high.
