With the rapid development of geographic information system (GIS), GIS has been more and more widely used in environmental protection, land management, urban planning and other fields. As Eco-hydrological information has many characteristics such as intensive monitoring time, large amount of data, complexity of monitoring indicators,etc, it is necessary to deal hydrological information with integration, query, comprehensive analysis and visualization based on the traditional hydrological information. Therefore, it is a good solution to space operation and visual expression of hydrological data management when integrated hydrological information by hydrological models and make full use of efficient and flexible spatial data management together with analysis capabilities in GIS, and further to reach the goal of digitization, visualization, socialization about hydrological information.The combination will be an important value and practical significance to the hydrology and water resources management, water pollution governance and hydrological disaster warning. The main contents of this paper are follows:(1) This paper study on Flex technology, technical foundation and technical route combined with GIS.Using cache processing technology in SWF via integrated technology in Flex to solve the data access bottleneck of intensive data content and amount of data when analysis and process the hydrological information in Wuyi Mountain. It downloads, compresses and stores the data. In addition, the system accesses Wuyi Mountain ecological hydrological monitoring database by WebService based on Flex and compatibility standards of it. By this method it can improve the interactive efficiency of GIS applications in different modules.(2) Studying the hydrological evaluation models and simulation models to design the eco-hydrological monitoring simulation system in Wuyi Mountain.To build the hydrology evaluation model and simulation model such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation nethod and gray system evaluation model according to Wuyi Mountain ecohydrological information analysis and its evaluation requirements. Then make comprehensive analysis and forecast simulation of Wuyi Mountain hydrological monitoring sites. The system uses ArcGIS Server 10 as visualization platform of simulation to design Wuyi Mountain hydrological information monitoring forecast and simulation functions by integrate the hydrology evaluation models and simulation models under the development environment of Flex, such as the water level simulation of real-time monitoring, water quality assessment and prediction,ect.(3) Building Wuyi Mountain eco-hydrological monitoring dynamic simulation GIS system based on RIA technology.On the basis of key technology researches and simulation models designing above, Wuyi Mountain eco-hydrological monitoring and management system is built based on RIA technical architecture together with Fusion Widgets for Flex and FusionCharts for Flex. It integrates of characters and illustrations to show the information of Wuyi Mountain ecological monitoring water level, rainfall, water quality and its pollution status by dynamic visualization ways. Finally to achieve the goal of Wuyi Mountain ecohydrological information data sharing and dynamic monitoring and provide a scientific method for Wuyi Mountain hydrological information monitoring.
