Some new hadron states such as some charmonium-like Zc(3900), Y(4260) have been reported by the updated scientific facilities over the last year. These new hadron states cannot be well explained by conventional quark model, and moreover couple to the conventional hadron states with the same quantum number.so how to explain these states is the interesting topic. Although quantum chromodynamics(QCD) is the basic theory that describes the internal structure of hadron, there is some difficult to strictly solve QCD due to non-perturbative effect at low energy regions. The QCD-inspired model is still a power tool to explore hadron structure. So far, various theoretical models, including hadron molecular state explanation, four quark states, mixed states and so on have been suggested to these new hadron states, in which the hadron molecular state has become popular due to its success in deuteron. In this thesis, first of all we briefly reviewed the adventure course of hadron structure and introduce several theoretical models of new hadron state, including hadron molecular state, four quark states, mixed states and so on. Then we introduce hadron-hadron interaction model of several theoretical frame works, including constituent quark model, meson exchange potential of heavy effective theory, one-boson exchange model. In the one boson exchange model,we preliminarily analyzed D0D* and D1D molecule states specifically, permitted boson process between two mesons in molecule states.and we made numerical estimation of mass of two molecule states. The results show that the new hadronic state Y(4260) in experiments in 2005 may be D1D molecule state rather than D0D* molecule state.
