Gamma ray bursts are among the special celestial body in the universe, which haveextraordinarily high energy and wide distribution. Therefore, Gamma ray bursts can serve astools to research cosmology. Cosmology consists of various domain, including cosmologicalparameters, star formation, early universe, etc. In this paper, I concentrate on cosmologicalparameters and special structure of the universe. The first chapter is a summary of Gamma ray bursts and cosmology, briefly introducingthe history of Gamma ray bursts, some famous models, and some intriguing correlation, several of which will be use in the following chapters. And as with cosmology, I revisit howto deduce Friedman equation, which is the basic equation of cosmology, from generalrelativity. Cosmological parameters and luminosity distance are followed. The second chapter is one of my work during postgraduate which is the duplication ofothers’ work. Through Ghirlanda correlation, this work aims at calculating the probabilitydistribution of cosmological parameters, which is a famous work of applying Gamma rayburst in cosmology. Via this correlation, a possible range of cosmological parameters isderived. Since the number of Gamma ray burst in this sample is not enough, error boxes ofcosmological parameters are large. At the end of the chapter, I discuss whether there iscirculation problem. The third one is another work during my postgraduate, aiming at study of angulardistribution of Gamma ray bursts. This work is inspired by anomaly of distribution ofCosmological Microwave Background(CMB, hereafter). In CMB map, there is an elusivealignment of quadrupole and octopole. The angle between them is unreasonably small. Therefore, I try to find whether there is the same anomaly in the distribution of Gamma raybursts. I adopt the same method as CMB and conclude that there is the same anomaly: arough alignment among quadrupole, octopole and hexadecapole, which is unreasonable. Finally the last chapter is prospect, where several possible subsequent works are listed. For instance, one is to find direction of multipoles after taking error box of localization intoaccount and one is to consider impact of subsample of Gamma ray burst on multipole.
