In this study, the microbial flora of two BM compound agents,which were produced by BiCheng environmental protection company of Jiangsu province in different technological conditions, were analyzed.Strains in sample1and sample2were purified using dilution-plate method and plate streaking, the colony morphologies and individual shapes were observed, and their physiological and biochemical activyties were deternined. Fifteen strains of bacteria and one strain of yeast were isolated from sample1, and twenty one strains of bacteria and three strains of yeast from sample2.The bacteria strains from sample1were initially identified as following:A1-1and Al-2strains are Rhizobium sp.; A1-3strain is Bacillus;Al-4,A1-1,A1-8,A1-10and A1-15strains are Planococcus spp.;A1-5,A1-6and A1-13strains are Micrococcus spp.;A1-9strain is Xanthomonas sp.;A1-11strain is Lactobacillus sp.;the A1-12and A1-14strains are Acinetobacter spp.. The initial identify results of bacteria in sample2are as follows:the B2-1,B2-2,B2-7,B2-9,B2-13,B2-14,B2-15and B2-21strains are Pseudomonas spp.; the B2-3,B2-4,B2-8,B2-11,B2-12,B2-18and B2-19strains are Lactobacillus pp.; the B2-5strain is Planococcus sp.;B2-6strain is Xanthomonas sp.;B2-10,B2-16,B2-17strains are Bacillus spp.;B2-20strain is Azotobacter sp..The process conditions of sample1and sample2production are different in the culture medium of seed tank and fermentation tank, fermentation time and pH respectively.The flora analysis results showed that different BM compound microbial agents produced by different process conditions were different in composition. The types of microorganisms in the BM complex microbial preparations increased significantly after improving the medium composition and process conditions.
