In the era of rapid development of science and technology, using computers to solve the problems of industry is an important force to promote science and technology forward. In the field of chemical industry, it is necessary to use advanced extraction and distillation process to obtain chemical products of high purity, cut down totally annual cost (TAC) and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises. It is an urgent problem in the modern era how to select extractant and improve distillation process based on regression model of activity coefficient parameter.With the rapid development of society, the purity requirement of the various fields of chemical products is higher and higher, traditional extractant and distillation process has can’t meet the needs of the society already. It is the key factor of optimizing the extraction technology to select model of activity coefficient in system containing ionic liquid, select proper ionic liquid as extractant and configure the distillation column.Main content of this topic is:on the basis of the activity coefficient model, we select suitable ionic liquid activity coefficient parameters regression algorithm, determine the ionic liquid activity coefficient model and provide good extractive distillation process of acetone-methanol system by computer simulation. It is important for improving the purity of the chemical products, reducing production costs and promoting the chemical development.In this topic, firstly, objective function has been structured from activity coefficient model to select proper optimization algorithm, and a small software which can regress parameter of algorithm using genetic algorithm and differential evolution algorithm has been developed to promote the research of activity coefficient model; secondly, three types of activity coefficient model parameters have been calculated using screened optimization algorithm to identify the most suitable activity coefficient model in system containing ionic liquid; finally, the distillation column of acetone-methanol system using ionic liquid as extractant has been configured to reduce TAC in the premise of same purity, cut down the cost of production and promote better development in the field of chemical extraction.The results show that differential evolution algorithm is the best algorithm to regress the parameters of activity coefficient model, NRTL model is the best activity coefficient model and after configuring the column using this model, the TAC can be reduced by36.8%in the premise of same purity.
