Due to the huge earthquake-induced landslide hazard which has been causedwidespread concern, and when a strong earthquake, earthquake-triggered landslidehazards, especially in mountainous areas, the degree of harm is far greater than thedirect damage caused by the earthquake. According to records, the only20th century,earthquakes-induced landslides have caused the deaths of billions of dollars and lossesof tens of thousands of people. China is one of the more active worldwide earthquake,earthquake-induced landslide hazard is widely distributed, according to statisticsshowed that most of the country in China has recorded earthquake-induced landslides,especially in the country’s southwest region, with mountainous regions and higherintensity, there is most serious in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces earthquake triggeredlandslide hazard. Seismic Landslide hindered the earthquake emergency rescue work. Inthis paper, domestic and foreign on earthquake-induced landslide assessment predictionresearch status were summarized, on this basis, the method for assessing the seismiclandslide studied, its main work is as follows:1.This paper briefly summarizes the research status of earthquake-inducedlandslide prediction assessment technology,Summed up the previous experience,andto establish a national seismic landslide susceptibility hierarchical model, and theimpact of different levels of each factor on the strength of the extent of the earthquakelandslide and gives the national seismic landslide hazard maping.2.Theoretical assessment of displacement of the seismic Newmark (1965)proposed to be studied. Based on the research work Wang Xiuying, calculated to obtainthe critical acceleration Lushan earthquake research area; and select the51BXD and51YAL, Then two strong motion records were selected to SLAMMER simulatedearthquake sliding motion,it can provides a reference available to emergency reliefand post-disaster reconstruction.3. Referring to the Italian earthquake landslide displacement attenuation, Referringto the Italian earthquake landslide displacement attenuation, Using Lushan earthquakestrong motion observation data and draw the Lushan earthquake landslide displacementattenuation distribution map, Taking consideration of slope angle and relief amplitude toachieve a multi-parameter superposition analysis, three factors were normalized bymaximum value standardization method in GIS environment. Finally, hazarddistribution map of earthquake induced landslide for the Lushan region was obtained.The method is helpful in earthquake damage assessment and emergency relief work..Secondly, based on a simplified Newmark displacement theory, with the real timeearthquake ground motion parameters, empirical engineering geology lithologyformations, topographic slope data, the module of seismic landslide hazard rapidassessment is produced based on ArcGIS spatial data modeler tools.Finally, the author of the research work done in this article summarizes anddiscusses the future research work should be carried out.
