The characteristics of the high charged lithium-like ions and the method of Full CorePlus Correlation (FCPC) methods are simply described. Wave function are constructed withFCPC method. The isoelectronic sequence (Z=30~40) of the lithium-like ion is focused in thiswork.The dipole oscillator strength and the dipole polarizabilities for the1s22s-1s22p arestudied, and the energy levels,quantum defects of these states are calculated.The non-relativistic energies of1s22s and1s22p states for the highly charged ions ofisoelectronic sequence (Z=30~40) for lithium-like ions are calculated.On this basis,theenergies have been corrected further successfully with the relativistic effects、mass-polarization effects、QED effects and the higher-order relativistic effects. The resultsin this work and experimental values existed and limited are compared with other theoreticalresults, the data obtained are closer to experimental data than other results. It is shown themethod used in this work is correct and the wave function constructed has good beheviour.According to the QDT theory,the quantum defects of1s22s and1s22p are obtained. Then,the dipole oscillator strength is calculated, and some related conclusions are obtained. Finally,the dipole polarizability of isoelectronic sequences is calculated with the reaults of oscillatorstrength and energy, and compared with the reference of Wang.
