Currently, dynamic supervision of land registration information has become an urgent need of land management departments. However,"territorial registration" principle requires that the land registration information in China can only be stored in the County Land Bureau. To guarantee the successful running of supervision system, we should establish provincial and municipal databases and maintain their real-time update.This article intends to achieve provincial and municipal cadastral database linkage update to ensure the real-time property of corresponding supervision databases. It also creates a dynamic regulatory mechanism to realize the real-time control of the changing situations at all levels of the database. Furthermore, we emphatically discuss the linkage updating model of daily and information matching and incremental extracting, also the fine-grained dynamic supervision mechanism based on concurrent databases.Firstly, the dynamic update mechanism of cadastral databases on county level is introduced in this paper. Then, we analyze the changing types of land parcel as well as the spatial topological relations of land parcel in which the concept of event is adopted to describe land parcel inheritance relationships. Furthermore, a set of linkage alteration rule of topological relationship, succession and the consistence of attribute logics is put forwarded during the land parcel alteration. Finally, a set of alteration procedure of cadastral data is designed by applying this linkage rule, which offers a solution for the dynamic update program of cadastral data.Secondly, an extraction method of incremental information based on MRS-MM matching model and asynchronous replication between county database and concurrent database is proposed. MRS-MM target matching model from the global id code, semantics and geometric matching filter space factor comprehensive contrast, from the the direction, size and shape of the geometry, three vector calculated by weighted overall similarity, accurate space graphics matching degree is given, and reasoning graphic change type, provide the basis for the incremental extraction. At the same time, from the two aspects of spatial database and attribute database, this article discussed synchronization update of the working database and the pre-database.Last but not least, specific applications are developed in this paper using the dynamic updating mechanism and the Extraction method of incremental information based on MRS-MM matching model provided above. Here we introduce the concept of pre-database, incremental update and linkage update and discuss the asynchronous replication between county database and concurrent database. Then, we put forward the linkage update model of cadastral database on provincial, municipal and county levels based on the concurrent database. In this model, a monitoring extraction procedure in concurrent databases is pre-programmed and incremental information files in the concurrent cadastral databases are periodically extracted through a timer trigger. What’s more, using XML as medium, it is able to remotely call data and remit Web Services to deliver incremental files to provincial and city databases, which makes the three-level linkage updates of land registration databases possible. Using cadastral data, we develop the cadastral information system, the incremental extraction module and data archiving management platform. The result suggests that this method successfully meets the realistic need of dynamic supervision system of land registration information on databases.The research of this article has certain reference significance to the multilevel and multipoint linkage update of spatial data.
