In order to obtain the greatest social and economic benefits,Land-use and structure are changing unprecedentedly at this stage. Irrational Land-use structure not only has had a negative impact on system of land resources, but also has restricts the sustainable development of land resources and has undermined the harmonious development of human society and the environment. Scholars have recognized the generated important impact of land-use changing on the landscape and ecological environment, and they started to analysis Rationality of land-use from the perspective of the landscape. Studying areas change features of land-use landscape of different gradients, provides a scientific basis for maintaining the ecological functions of the area and improving the ecological environment quality of the area.Bayan is located in the central south of Heilongjiang Province and in the heart of the Songnen High Plains and in Hilly area of southern Xiaoxinganling. Bayan is major grain-producing counties based on grain production under the jurisdiction of Harbin and is also China’s important commodity grain-production bases. In this study, by means of ArcGIS,using the topographic factors (elevation, slope) as the study area gradient classification standard at the same time considering geomorphic types and administrative division of the gradient zones, Using the1996,2006and2009remote sensing data and land-use detailed survey data of study area and by gradient analysis and landscape pattern analysis methods, from two respects of landscape level and landscape type level the land-use landscape characteristics of different gradient zones during13years were studied. The results showed that:From1996to2009,land-use landscape fragmentation of gradient zone Ⅲ had maximum strength, so human activities had the biggest influence on it, dominant landscape of gradient zone Ⅱ was quite obvious, so the structure stability of land-use landscape was the worst, the mainly result is that human are in order to obtain maximum economic benefits, and ignore the ecological functions of the regional landscape at the same time excessively increase the proportion of a landscape types. Irregular and complex of land-use patch shape of gradient zone Ⅱ and Ⅲ had a maximum speed. From1996to2009, the matrix of land-use landscape of each gradients was dry land. The proportion of paddy field landscape increased, and the proportion of woodland landscape of various gradient zones was significantly different, and the growth of construction landscape of every gradient was at the same level. Mainly due to the region increased the paddy farming efforts in recent years, and strived to achieve greater economic efficiency at the same time maintained a balanced regional development of the township.
