On the basis of the study on3D seismic project of Fuyu Reservoir in Yuxi area in theNorthern part of Songliao Basin, this project sets up the high frequency sequencestratigraphic framework with the application of the theories of sequence stratigraphy andsedimentology. Helped by seismic data, borehole log, logging curves and cores, detailedresearch and analysis on the sequence stratigraphical framework, depositional system,evolution of the Fuyu reservoir in Yuxi area of the northern part in Songliao Basin have beencarried out in the paper.According to the abundance well logging, mud logging and core analysis data, Fuyureservoir has been classified into three reservoir group and seventeen layers with the principleof cycle comparison and classified control. Based on the detailed study of lithologic character,sedimentary structure, paleontologic fossils,depositional sequence,rock association andlogging data, the studied area is shallow water delta facies and it is divided into such twosub-facies: delta plain sub-facies and delta front sub facies. The micro-facies of bothsub-facies are divided into such ten types: distributary channel micro-facies; natural leveemicro-facies; crevasse splay micro-facies; water distributary interchannel micro-facies;overflow bank sands micro-facies; subaqueous distributary channel micro-facies; subseanatural barrier micro-facies; subaqueous crevasse splay micro-facies; distal bar micro-facies;sheet sand micro-facies; subaqueous distributary interchannel micro-facies. The characteristicof each sedimentary microfacies are described detailedly. Clarify the sedmentarycharacteristics of Fuyu reservoir was affected by ancient tectonic, climate and sedimentsupply factors.Following the study on sequence and sedimentary, combining all conditions ofhydrocarbon accumulation, the accumulation mode and the relationship between sedimentaryand hydrocarbon distribution are sufficient analyzed. It has momentous significance to thestudy of reservoir sand body internal structure and the macroscopic heterogeneity; providethe significant theoretical guidance for the further rapid production.
