In this study, the novel Smear source is used to calculate π Meson ground level spectroscopy. As a very effective tool to explore the microscopic structure of the materials, hadron spectroscopy means mass (energy) spectrum and classification of hadrons. All particles directly involved in the strong interaction are collectively called hadron, which has hundreds of members, such as protons, neutrons and meson. As the largest category in the family of particle physics, hadron is the smallest divisible unit whose internal structure is observable in the current stage, so hadron structure is the most cutting-edge topic in the study of physical microstructure. As it relates to the non-perturbative feature of Quantum Chromodynamics, non-perturbative theories like Quantum Chromodynamics on the Lattice(Lattice QCD) are used:discrete lattices represent continuous space and time; quarks are located on the lattice; they are linked by the gauge field chain. Thus, the physical quantities that cannot be calculated by continuum theory can be figured out on the lattice, and then these results are extrapolated to the continuum limit. In this paper, the author firstly briefly reviews the basics of QCD and Monte Carlo calculation, and takes meson as an example to introduce the calculation of its correlation function and effective mass. Based on the above theories, a novel smearing algorithm about quark is defined, which can calculate the correlation of the various types of hadrons in a more effective manner. This method is suitable for a low-rank operator to define the smooth operator to be used in hadron creation operator. The smooth quark propagators matrix is small enough. Thus, all matrix elements of the reduced quark propagators can be accurately calculated at a reasonable computational cost.
