Motivated by the notion of Fisher skew information, Luo.S established a decomposition of the uncertainty of an observable in a quantum state into quantum and classical parts, and introduced the average information content as the measure of uncertainty. In the paper two kinds average information content are investigated and also given the explicit formulas,the relations of the three quantity are exposed,which complemented the quantum uncertainty research.Skew information which is defined with commutator, is closely related with quantum entropy, the measure for quantum correlations in terms of skew information has many ad-vantages in calculation since it does not involve any notoriously difficult optimization. In the paper, we propose an alternative measure for quantum correlation making use of anti-commutators, investigate its fundamental properties, and explicit formulas, we also prove two kinds measure are intrinsically identified, which provide an alternative method of measure for quantum correlations.
