Reservoir productivity prediction is a very important aspect of oil and gas exploration, and it is a comprehensive evaluation index of formation quality, fluid property and oil production capacity. Many geologists, reservoir engineers and logging analysis experts did a lot of work in it.Logging production prediction, based on the formation evaluation and fluid property evaluation, belongs to static prediction of productivity. Logging production prediction method neglects the effects of glib radius and production pressure. Logging reservoir production prediction includes two parts:natural production prediction and fractured production prediction. There are three major ways to predict natural production:1. build an empirical formula, based on the logging response analysis and production impact factor analysis;2. predict natural production with neural networks, fuzzy mathematics and other mathematical methods with the logging data;3.use to logging method to provide the necessary parameters used in the plane radial flow formula. This study focused on the first two methods. The fractured capacity production prediction is built basing on the elastic properties and stress analysis of the formations. In this study, the formations are classified into three parts according to the results of brittle, and then the production of each kind of formation is prediction separately. There are two blocks, the JZ area and EL area in the study. They both belongs to the low porosity and low permeability sandstone reservoirs. The production of JZ area is mainly natural production. While in EL area, there are large amounts of formations contains tuffaceous. The porosity and permeability in this area is lower than JZ area. The porosity is5%-15%and the permeability is0.1mD-70mD, and this situation leads to the fractured procedure in almost every well. In the natural production, we used the same method as JZ area. The fractured production predictionThis paper is committed to build the reservoir production prediction process, standardize and develop a new set of Lead3.0software for the production prediction in the HB oilfield. We obtained the following results:1. established the evaluation parameters calculation methods and models for production prediction. The core data are used with logging data to analyze the pore structure and formation lithology, and to calculate porosity, permeability and oil saturation of the formations.2. established a proper natural production prediction modelAccording to the characteristics of the formation, the natural production method is built with multivariate statistics, neural networks and other mathematical methods. There is a good result in the application in the HB oilfield.3established a fracture height predict method. We build the rock elastic properties section, calculate the burst pressure, and predict the fracture height with array sonic logging data.4. established appropriate production evaluation criteria. The criteria for classification of reservoir production are established considering the oil properties of high density, high viscosity and high freezing point.5. prepared a production prediction and evaluation software on LEAD3.0Platform.We formed a complete system for production prediction and hooked it up to the LEAD3.0Platform.
