| Phase-shifting digital holographic microscopy is a kind of technology which iscombined of digital holographic microscopy and phase-shifting interferometry (PSI). Toreduce the influence of reconstructed image caused by zero-order term and twin image andeliminate the phase distortion, the method of phase subtraction in the condition ofrecording the image-plane holograms in in-axis is used in this paper. The main contents areas follows:1. For reducing the influence of reconstructed image caused by zero-order term andtwin image and enhancing the resolution, the four fixed phase-shifting algorithm has beenused. First we calibrated the PZT phase-shifter and applied the results into the experiment.Finally by analyzing calibration error, we enhanced image quality using the equal-stepalgorithm.2. This paper has corrected phase aberration by phase subtraction. This method needsto obtain the aberrated phase and the phase of the micro objective, and subtract them eachother. We also built a phase-shifting digital holographic microscopic system. As example,onionskin cells and USAF1951have been measured by this system, proving its validity. |
