As countries on the cause of ocean investigation attention, the cause of oceaninvestigation has achieved unprecedented development. However, because of theinformation application in ocean investigation career time is shorter, the scope isnarrow, not form a specific advantage, especially in the ocean cause less samplemanagement application. With sample obtained more ocean expedition, thetraditional sample management presented a huge challenge. Especially with theincrease in the annual inspection of the sea voyage, the traditional ocean sampleapplication and feedback management methods have been unable to meet theneeds of the actual work. For the above problems, in order to meet China OceanSample Repository sample of the ocean and feedback management applicationrequirements, application and feedback on actual sample oceans workflow designand implementation of the oceans sample application and feedback systemsample according to the China Ocean Sample Repository, and based on thissample application made ocean dynamics credibility calculation model, sampleapplication to assist in the ocean and feedback management.The paper begins with a brief overview of the development of China Oceanexpedition and the problems with the current China Ocean Sample Requestfeedback work encountered, and then by analyzing the actual working sampleapplication with the China Ocean actual feedback, detailing the China Oceansample application and feedback workflow. Secondly, in the analysis of ChinaOcean sample workflow application and feedback while the sample by applyingan important impact factors, the choice of eight important factors detailedanalysis to determine the correlation between the factors.On the basis of the factors affecting China Ocean sample application analysis and comparison on the theory of domestic and international credibility byreferring to the concept of the actual situation of China Ocean sample application,apply the concept of dynamic credibility of China Ocean samples, used objectivemeasure of China Ocean sample application credibility. Calculated by referenceto the credibility of the theory by comparing the AHP and FAHP, and thenpropose a computational model to apply dynamic credibility China Ocean sampleuse FAHP.Through the above detailed analysis, the use of Web technologies matureExtJS realized China Ocean sample application and feedback systems,successfully resolved the problems of the current Museum of China OceanSample application and feedback work encountered, standardize and speed uptheir workflow its efficiency. By analyzing the actual sample workflow ChinaOcean Sample Repository, using a variety of methods to quantify factors, factorsaffecting ocean sample job application accurately quantified, and on this basis,the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build the credibility of theapplication dynamically calculated model and validate the theoretical andexperimental tests, and achieved good results, making the system to meet theneeds of the current work on the basis of the past has greatly improved thejudgment on the application of auditing workflow. Calculated by applyingdynamic ocean sample credibility throughout the entire workflow, making theapplication process to become fair, efficient, and achieve the desired goal.
