Lunar exploration is a major strategic of our country, with enormous economic,social and scientific significance. And it is an important step towards deep spaceexploration. So far, only the former Soviet Union carried out a successfulbacking-out unmanned lunar sampling They took deep drilling sampling strategy.After the end of the lunar surface drilling sampling, avoidance mechanism needs tounlock reliably and expand to provide risers escape space. To meet China LunarExploration Project (Three) mission requirements, develop a new avoidancemechanism characterized by lightweight and high reliability. In order to obtain thereal integrated nature of avoidance mechanism, develop low-gravity simulation testequipment to provide technical support for the subsequent engineering practice.By combining relevant information and the former Soviet unmannedautomatic sampling return experience, we try to carry out multi-avoidancemechanism. Tilt Swivel, rope-drive design avoidance mechanism comparativeanalysis to determine the preferred embodiment of the rope-drive avoidancemechanism. Rope-drive mechanism clued into the drive assembly, rotary hingeassembly, expand the three-part arm assembly to achieve unlocking avoidancemechanism, expand and lock function.According to the lunar surface environmental parameters, analyze avoidancemechanism landing attitude changes. Determine design constraints of avoidancemechanism. Carry on detailed design of the drive assembly, rotary hinge assembly,expand the arm assembly. With ADAMS to have kinematic analysis, to acquire theenvelope of space, expand time, angular velocity, etc. With LS-DYNA, try toacquire the impact of the final velocity and the impact of the relevant structures.Developed low-gravity simulation test equipment to provide technical supportfor the subsequent engineering practice. Designed and built comprehensiveperformance test system of avoidance mechanism to unlock the escape avoidancemechanism and save data into analysis process by the associated sensors.Carried out the whole process kinematics test analysis of the avoidancemechanism. Completed the test and analysis of functional components of themechanical properties. Completed the design verification of avoidance mechanism.
