Ultrasound was used to clean wound mainly because the ultrasound spreads inthe liquid can generate "cavitation effect". This effect can make water atomize, usedthe spray to remove foreign body from the wound, to kill the bacteria and to achievethe great therapeutic effect. Ultrasonic cavitation refers to the tiny air bubbles in theliquid, under the action of ultrasonic vibration, when the pressure reaches a certainvalue, the dynamics process will growth and collapse. Ultrasonic debridementtreatment has contributed to the recovery of injured parts of the form and function,which has a very important role in the field of surgery.Ultrasonic debridement instrument mainly includes ultrasonic power supplyand ultrasonic handle. The function of ultrasonic power supply was convertingelectric energy to high frequency ac signal matching with the ultrasonic handle, andthe function of ultrasonic handle was converting high frequency electric energy tomechanical vibration. This dissertation mainly studied the two parts in detail, andthen put forward a new type of portable ultrasonic debridement instrument. Forultrasonic power, on the hardware, mainly composed of TMS320F2812chip madeby TI Corporation, waveform generating circuit based on AD9833, full bridgeinverter circuit, matching circuit and signal processing circuit; on the software,adopted current-phase difference composite frequency automatic tracking method,this method combined with the current tracking method can track the trackingmethod of maximum resonance point and phase difference tracking the advantagesof fast speed, so can track to the best state of resonance quickly. For ultrasonictreatment handle, it composed of quarter-wave transducer and two order amplitudetransformer instead of the combining form of half-wave transducer and half-waveamplitude transformer. The two form of he ultrasonic handle with the same size, butthe former with the bigger amplitude. Then using ANSYS to simulate and verifybased on theoretical analysis. Accomplished the design of ultrasonic power supply and ultrasonic handle, thewhole of portable ultrasonic debridement should be debugged. Throughexperimental verification, under the same pressure of water, flow rate, temperature,the effect of the ultrasonic cleaning is much better than the ordinary. So the designof the ultrasonic debridement instrument achieved the expected goals both inhardware and software and with a good cleaning effect.
