Jia County is located in the southeast of yulin city, on the right bank of Shanjin valley inthe middle reaches of the Yellow River.In recent years, the county economy has developedrapidly. Jia County established the red dates and rock salt-based economic developmentstrategy, but the lack of water resources has seriously restricted the local economydevelopment. The planning and construction of Yujia industrial park highlighted the shortageof water resources. The construction of Dahuiping water source to solve local problems isimminent.Dahuiping water source is located on the right bank of yellow river. The aquifer ismainly composed of the loose bed of quaternary system and the underlying bedrockweathering zone. It has the water supply significance because of the very strong permeability.Dahuiping valley has the condition to develop water resources. Practice has proved thatdifferent water resources development pattern will produce different water efficiency.Numerical simulation is used to select a suitable development mode for Dahuiping watersource.Dahuiping water source is a typical riverside source field. Riverside groundwaterextraction for domestic and abroad mainly take the four common modes, including tubewell,gallery, radial well and seepage well. The above development modes have advantages anddisadvantages. In this thesis, two-dimensional finite difference numerical models ofconventional well and three-dimensional finite difference numerical models ofnon-casting-well intake structure are modeled, which are on the basis of the theory of coupledseepage-pipe flow model. By comparing the results of different scenarios of each waterintake to determine the best manner to exploit the groundwater. Comprehensively consideredfactors such as water quantity, water quality and water guarantee degree and selected seepagewell as the exploitation mode of Dahuiping water source. Preferred solution for laid5fivechamber seepage wells, well spacing500m, allowing extraction volume is27800.00m3/d.On the basis of the scheme, using the numerical model to calculate the e ffecting on waterresource by upstream reservoir and riverbed deposition. Considering water project is completed, related factors on water quality and quantity.Put forward feasible suggestions for scientific exploitation of water sources after thecompletion of the project in order to ensure long-term water source water running smoothly.
