Huashugou Fe-Cu deposit in the western sector of the Northern Qilianshan fold belt isone of important places producing iron ore in our country, Cu produced in Huashugou FeVore body footwall rock. In the study area, tectonic is development, the characteristics of it ismulti-period and multi-stage activities, has unique geological conditions.We do the studythrough geological data collected by the previous, detailed field geological survey andgeophysical prospecting. Make the mine ore controlling structure and geophysical experimentas the main line, according to the mining area geological structure, mineralization type,metallogenic regularities and ore body space extending distribution characteristics, minegeophysical prospecting results, making all kinds of composite section and comprehensivemiddle floor plan, to determine the2880level2~-3line deep prospecting target areas ofHuashugou mining area, and deploy the relevant project. It has some theoretical and Practicalsignificance.The main achievements are as follows:1Study on ore-controlling structure regularityFold control iron ore deposit ore body shape and size change; Fault structure reform anddestroy the iron ore bodies; Caledonian period quartz diorite porphyry intrusion and the faultfracture zone formed in the same period control of the formation and spatial distribution ofdeep copper ore body.2Ore control tectonic system divisionCarry out a preliminary classification of the ore controlling structure system, distinguishthe ore-transmitting,ore proportioning and ore hosting structure.3The research of deposit formation evolutionThere are at least two phase superposition enrichment of mineralization in western sector. Inproterozoic it went through the sedimentary exhalative processes and formed sedimentaryexhalative Fe-Cu deposit. Caledonian period was hydrothermal reformation stage and formedaltered hydrothermal Cu deposit formed by magmatic hydrothermal.4Study on deep prediction for mineral exploration geophysical anomalyUse the DC resistivity and induced polarization method to do the geophysical survey ofthe2~-3line tunnel and the ZK2-17and ZK-2-2of2880level, conducted a comprehensiveinterpretation of geophysical anomaly.5The deep prediction resultsWith the geological and geophysical methods to determine the2880level2~-3line deepprospecting target areas of Huashugou mining area, and deploy the relevant project.Somedrilling has been verified.
