The one-dimensional distribution of body’s weight is mainly made up of the saidbed, digital camera, computer and electronics components.The identification method:it’s established the concentration distribution pattern of gravity and gravity densitydistribution pattern on the basis of the hinge bar system which is simplified by thehuman body that the total weight of the body equivalent static along the longitudinaldirection,and then establish recognition equation and mode conversion equation.Peoplewho are tested only need to put the prescribed gesture according to the provisions of theorder in the said bed.Then we collect geometry and mechanical parameters and enter thecomputer corresponding to each gesture by digital cameras and electronic scales. Withthe recognition equation, mode conversion equations and parameter adjustmentmethod,it can be solved that the body weight of a one-dimensional distribution alongthe longitudinal direction. However, due to the quality of all aspects of the human bodydiffer greatly, collecting attitude parameters,electronic scales can not achieve theprecision requirements. Therefore, how to ensure a large range torque measurementaccuracy becomes the core of a recognition system of one-dimensional distribution ofbody’s weight.Referencing the methods of research on inertial parameters of human body andhuman body segment parameters in the past.Based on the methods of one-dimensionalbalance sheet for measuring the body center of gravity,we improve measuringdevice,making the measurement of the original single force into the value of length andsmall range high precision force, designing a new measuring device, can not only makethe torque measurement used for large range, but also can improve the recognitionaccuracy of the original force value.The main work of this paper are as follows.①This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad about inertialparameters of human body and human body segment parameters. We discuss the newideas of the human body inertia parameters. Meanwhile, describe the research methodsin the human body inertia parameters and the experimental method to obtain the humanbody inertia parameters.②The body weight of one-dimensional distribution recognition principle isintroduced.We design measurement device of the one-dimensional distribution of bodyweight and select the hardware facilities including device of the stepping motor, force sensor, transmission device,the data acquisition module and so on.③The body weight of one-dimensional distribution recognition system softwaredevelopment, the system software is based on Windows platform, not only can realizethe automatic camera positioning control and body posture of stepper motor, but alsocan carry out the real-time data acquisition, data storage, data processing and display.Software adopts modular design, including data acquisition module, data analysismodule, human body segment parameters module, data display module and gamecontrol card, stepper motor driver module based on. The integration degree of thesystem is higher and can better control.④In order to study the precision of system. According to the results, a optimalelements size is determined for balancing the accuracy and efficiency.We makeexperimental verification, the experiment is divided into standard quality testing andhuman dummy model test, because the force sensor precision is the premise of our linkquality measurement, the standard quality testing is to verify the force sensor accuracy.We also make measurement of human dummy model to verify the whole the accuracyof the system.
