Jiaodong Peninsula, due to its unique geographical location, the risk of seawaterflooded brought the most serious disasters to local residents. Experts both domesticand overseas with various respective are further studying how to use computertechnology,GIS technology,Network technology,and virtual reality technology topredict and simulate flooding in the quick and accurate way. After seawater intrusionlosses will inevitably occur, so in this case the use of non-engineering mitigationmeans much attention, research on seawater intrusion risk assessment system hasimportant theoretical and practical value. From the establishment of3D visualizationsubmerged analysis, evaluation function structure and model of the study design, theuse of geographic information systems technology, computer programming,3Dvisualization modeling, database construction techniques to integrate the use,development implementation seawater intrusion analysis and disaster risk assessmentinformation into one information system to provide timely flood control departmentsof Shandong Peninsula, accurate, science-based risk assessment information toprovide support for local flood control work.The research of seawater intrusion analysis based on submerged theory of activeflooded and passive submerged. On the basis of WebGIS, using Skyline developmentplatform to build3D terrain model, ArcGIS API for Javascript and ArcGIS ServerRest realize visualization of the map, constructed submerged3D visualization basedon WebGIS water risk assessment system, realized seawater intrusion simulation, hasreached a3D visual effect. Development and use of the system proved WebGIStechnology and3D visualization technology, enables submerged process,3D networkvisualization and drown drown analysis related to the risk assessment. Study providesa scientific basis and technical support for the economic development of the JiaodongPeninsula Blue slip mitigation, has important theoretical significance.
