In recent years, with the continuous development of Tianjin Haihe River region,flood control and the importance of increasing. But in2012the "July to August"continuous rainstorm and flood process, caused the Haihe River area of urban watercan not be discharged in time, the suburbs long time, sustained high level of HaiheRiver water, landscape water problems to the platform, the city has brought greatloss.This paper analyses in2012the "July to August" the typical flood, reducingcalculation of its,a comprehensive analysis of the flood characteristics, the HaiheRiver, a comprehensive analysis of the Haihe River flood control capacity calculation,find out the key point of flood control work, put forward the suggestions in responseto a similar flood.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the regional convergence process basedon the production of heavy rain, the river flow routing model is established by usingMIKE11software, and in2012the "July to August" storm, flood, storm surgeprocesses were simulated by using this model, the experimental results and thesimulation results are compared and analyzed. In addition, the Haihe River floodprocess under different conditions was simulated by using the model, and thecalculation results are compared. The characteristics of flood control work area,provides the reference for the regional flood control work in the future. The mainresearch results:(1) In the Haihe River area runoff process was analyzed, method of Area RainfallCalculation to determine the surface rainfall process, and calculated; analyzes thecharacteristics of regional runoff, the runoff scheme, the regional land surface area,and has carried on the division of flow calculation, but also the calculation performedthe convergence process producing area.(2) On the2012rainfall flood process is systematically analyzed, on regionalrainfall, runoff, inflow, outflow, storm surge, the comprehensive analysis andcalculation, based on Calculation of water balance in the region on the runoff andrainfall, rainfall measured calculation property exchange flow calculation forcomparative analysis. (3) The input conditions of rainstorm flood of2012measured process necessarysimplification, model is built by MIKE11software, is used to simulate the process ofstorm flood of measured results, the changing process of water level and the measuredvalues are compared.
