A Rational Thought About Urbanization In Xinjing

Urbanization is one of the main trends of the development of the social economies in many countries now in the world and it is also an impassable historical stage of human society in its steps towards civilization and progress as well as a necessary option for social development. Since the Reformation and Open the Door policy, as Xinjiang economy develops rapidly, the scale of urbanization has risen gradually, however there are still problems that can't be overlooked. In order Xinjiang to be developed and to reduce the gap between Xinjiang and the developed regions in China, we should take hold of the opportunities and expedite the urbanization in Xinjiang with regard to its reality.In this paper I will probe into the methods of speeding up the urbanization. In doing this I will base my research on the theories of Western Economics and the status quo of the urbanization in Xinjiang.The whole paper is divided into three parts:In part one I discuss the relevant theories of urbanization and the methods of foreign countries in this regard and provide the urbanization in Xinjiang with theoretical basis and empirical references. Firstly I will introduce the meaning and the substance of urbanization. In the second place, I will discuss the causal relations, interactions and the mutual influences between the mutation of property structure and urbanization. At last I will talk about the empirical messages and ways of urbanization in foreign countries.
