Having a glorious organic history, the county which connects the city and countryside play a very important role in countryside politics, economy, culture in our country. It takes the responsibility for expanding the production, maintains the social stability. As the intersection of the city and the village, county economy is the most useful platform to solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and countrymen at present. In history, "county steady ,the world peace". Being a large agricultural country, county economy will affect the nation directly.Through the twenty-year development, many counties such as Jiangyin and Kunshan in Jiangsu province have grown up by a special way, but the majority still wait behind. So through the analysis of the mechanism and development model of the developed counties, the paper hopes to get the essence of county development to give the developing counties some instruction.The paper is divided six chapters, its third and fourth chapter are emphases. After that, the paper introduces the theories of regional economy and county economy and the examples of foreign countryside development. And from the aspects of the traditional economy, the system innovation, the knowledge economy, the city and countryside interaction, the paper has analyzed the reason which the county territory economy rises. Chapter four puts forwards several development patterns and analyses the characters and reasons of rising respectively. On the basis of discussing above all, taking the example of Luzhai County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomy, chapter five puts forward the development strategies and development pattern.
