As the combination of. media and business, shopping websites have a serial of unique characteristics. The process of trade between the sites and customers is, as the same time, the process of information exchanging. The shopping websites' constructing process is quite different from that of traditional ones, as well as that of normal information providing websites. Virtual market warfare is becoming more and more intense, that is the reason writer feels that the research on it would be very meaningful.This paper does the research on the basis of real cases by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis after the analysis on the present development and the tendency of its future development of China's shopping websites, and the net consumers' behavior as well. The paper does a rather deep discussion on the strategies when building shopping websites in focus, hoping to bring some inspiration to certain shopping websites operators in home. It also provides the accordingly countermeasures.
