The stability and development of stock market depends on the maturity of investors, which is not only related with the proportion of institutional investors but also the composition of institutional investors and the individual investors. This essay has analyzed from theory and empirical examples to emphasis the necessarity of optimizing investor's structure in Chinese stock market in new period.Also,it has studied how to optimize it in reality, so as to stabilize the stock market and develop the economy. harmoniously.The article makes a brief introduction of the state of Chinese stock market at first, then proposes the problem of the investors structure on the base of some latest statistics.Secondly ,also through arranging the statistical data, the author analyzed the change of the individual investors'structure;Then,the essay researchs the transformation of the invester's proportion,that is, institutional investors ,(in stead of individuals )is going to be the main part of investors in the future.In charpter 4,it discuss about the relationship between the stability and the investor's structure.,and this also done by empirial examples.Finally,the article puts forward some new ideas and countermeasures about how to adjust and optimize the structure of investors in the new period.
