In recent years, frequently antidumping from foreign countries has made quite tremendous influence on Chinese economy. Antidumping involves trade friction between countries, therefore, to analyze the causes of antidumping from overseas, we must research it from the international regional economy angle.This article focuses on the international regional economy, and takes the regional structure of antidumping from foreign countries as the master line. By connect the international regional economic relations with regional industrial structure, the article has formed a new research angle of view in some kind of degree.The dissertation consists of five main parts. The first chapter introduces the characteristics of antidumping from overseas and elaborates the thoughts of the topic. To provide the background and theory, the second chapter introduces the related meaning and the legal rule, and makes a economic analysis of the welfare influence of antidumping. The third chapter analyzes the regional distribution of antidumping and the relation between the antidumping with Chinese regional economic relations, through which the chapter summarizes the foreign factors of antidumping. The fourth chapter analyzes the questions of the structures of Chinese foreign trade and the domestic factor which causes foreign antidumping. At the end of this paper, the author tries to develop a set of strategies for the enterprises and Chinese government to avoid the serious anti-dumping situation. At last, the author points out the direction to further research.
