Among the managements, the human resources is the most important one for the enterprises, and the key points is the success of the compensation, which is decisive.The paper considering the business administration system of an enterprise is the best proof. As a complete unit, rational and operational compensation system is the guarantee of an enterprise's target, a nicer compensation system helps to develop the human resources, improve the level of control, and attain the strategic objective and the individual goal at the same time.The internationalization level of the home market is improving everyday since been a member of WTO, and the talent strategy becomes the major element of the enterprises. Any decision-making must lies on the development strategy of the enterprise. So any compensation design must rely on the clear cognition of the corporate strategy. In a sense of stratagem, compensation is not the wage of manpower only, furthermore, it should attract, keep and inspire the capable staff to achieve the goal of an organization, and enhance the satisfaction degree also.'High quality, benefit, and sustainable development'is the production operations objective. Scientific and effective motivation policy can exert the ultimate potential and create more value. Compensation is the most important and convenient method among the prompting methods. It can attract, reserve and inspire the staff which are requisite, if the design and use of the compensation system is appreciate, contrarily, it will cause outcry, and thereby result in brain drain, loss of efficiency even crisis. For in the minds of the employees, the salary isn't just for their labor, it signify their worth and the approval from the corporation, and even signify the abilities and the long term potential of the individuals.
