The title of the thesis is Research on Contribution of Regional Scientific andTechnological Input to the Economic Growth. It mainly has a deep research onContribution of Scientific and Technological Input to the Economic Growth in JilinProvince.Scientific and Technological Input refers to the total expenses and personnumber which is put into basic research, applying research and experimentaldevelopment, including the total expenses which is put into the study anddevelopment in natural science and technology field, society and humane. Scientificand technological input is the necessary requirement for scientific and technologicaladvancement, and it is the basic guaranty for carrying out the strategy ofstrengthening the country by science. Scientific and technological input, scientificand technological advancement and economic development rely on each other,function in each other and supply for each other. For the purpose of pushing theeconomic development, we have to increase the scientific and technological input,advance the producing efficiently of Scientific and technological input, and we haveto have a deep research in scientific and technological input system.
