A Study On Foreign Direct Investment In China

Foreign direct investment in China has developed rapidly since the beginning of the 1980s. From China's domestic level stresses, foreign direct investment in China's national economy has been in a pivotal position. China's economic development needs foreign direct investment. China's utilization of foreign direct investment has also made tremendous achievements, but there are many problems. Foreign direct investment in China plus or minus effects co exists, and that requires us to the various aspects of FDI in depth in order to better utilization of it.Firstly, I provide an overview of the theory of foreign direct investment, which is mainly on Marx, Lenin, FDI and Western scholars on foreign direct investment and domestic scholars of the theoretical thinking, and in their theoretical basis of his views. Marx and Lenin have revealed the essence of foreign direct investment. Marx believed that the capitalist mode of production is based on the exploitation of wage labor capital basis, the aim of which is to extract surplus value in the exploitation of surplus value basis for the realization of capital constant value. This is the real movement of capital. The reason the capital flows to abroad is that it can be used in the higher profits. Marx revealed that the international capital movements and foreign direct investment in the pursuit of high profits did not outdate .In a sense, the pursuit of high profits is an eternal theme for capitalist countries, which is the theoretical basis of this writing.
