The Analysis Of Personal Income Distribution Policy In Our Country Nowadays

Personal income distribution policy is one of the most important of our country's policy system which can impact enthusiasm of hundreds of millions of laborers in the country and can also affect the speed of economic development. At the beginning of reform and open, the collective leadership of the second generation centered as Deng Xiaoping made great adjustment to the equalitarianism policy and achievement of this adjustment has abstract worldwide attention and pushed on the development of the economy of our country. However, the problem of income differential of different region, industry and estate becomes more and more severe. This will dampen the enthusiasm of the masses and cadres and it will also impact economic development and social stability. In order to strength the positive role of government in adjusting income distribution and to develop the social economy harmoniously, it is crucial to know correctly income distribution policy on the stage and to see clearly the problems of personal income distribution and to analyze reasons for growing gap of income distribution.This paper presents principium opinion about contents, dual role and reforms in coming years of our country's personal income distribution policy in last 20 years by using comparative and dialectical methods to research personal income distribution policy. This paper divides into four chapters. Chapter 1 investigates systematically basic concept, contents and basis of personal income distribution policy on the stage in this country; Chapter 2 mainly researches dual role of present personal income distribution policy in the country. During last reforming and opening 20 years, the distribution policy tallied with the situation in total and has achieved a lot. The levers effect function of the policy to social level and economic development was obvious. At the same time, the problems and deficiency cannot also be neglected; Chapter 3 analyzes thoroughly problems and reason for the problems in income distribution field.
