From the angle of the economical and the financial harmonious development , persisting in the agricultural economy sustainable development as center , and bases on through systematically retrospecting and referring the modern agricultural development theory , the capital market and economical development theory . At the same time ,Through analyzing and utilizing the theory put forward above , This article proposes that the army corps modern agricultural and the capital market is a kind of relations, which is called"coupling". At the same time , using the assemble theory for reference , using the systematic analysis method , this article proposes the coupling development relations , defines and explains normatively concept connotation of modern agriculture and the capital market coupling development . According to the coupling theory , the article has analyzed essential factor in coupling key territory , and further reveals the coupling development realized mechanism .
