A Strategy Study On Technology Innovation In The Hi-Tech Zone Of Dalian

Since the 1990s, the appearance and development of Hi-Tech Zone is an important measure in the aspects of technology industry turning in our country , it promotes the close combination of the technology and the economic. It not only pushes the development of the Hi-Tech technology, but also pulls the increasing of the district economic. The Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone of Dalian is a demonstration area of Dalian City. Under the situation of the national innovation system developments, promoting technology innovation is a history mission and the objective need itself. This article primarily analyzes the development progress, present condition of the national Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone and the technology innovation theoretical formation and its circulate mode. This article puts the development of the national Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone and the Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone of Dalian together, analyzes the present condition of the Hi-Tech Industry Development of Dalian and the weak link that technology innovation strategy exsits and refers to the development strategy of the technology innovation of the Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone of Dalian.
