Administrative System Innovation Of The Co-development Between Hi-tech Park And The Neighboring Towns

Hi-Tech Park is the trial park of incubating and developing high-tech industry in our country, which undertakes the responsibility of developing economy both national and regional. So it's the focus field of cities and regions. Through years' development, 53 state-level hi-tech parks have gained lots of achievements, becoming the most energetic increasing spot in the regional economy development and bring a lot of social benefit. With the further development of hi-tech park, the gap between park and the neighboring towns is enlarging. So the co-development between park and the neighboring towns is crucial. The relatively independent managing system of park is not adaptable to the need of co-development; the borderline between park and neighboring towns should be broken to establish a harmonious managing system. The thesis is to explore the managing system of co-development between hi-tech park and neighboring towns in our country.The thesis has 6 parts. The first part is introduction. 1st is introducing the background of choosing this topic. 2nd is briefly line the research contents and frame of the thesis.
