Since China adopted the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world, it has maintained a rapid economic growth rate accompanied by persistent export growth. During the Post-WTO Transfer Period, the market will expand the opening up gradually, the impacts of international trade on China's economic growth has been an important research in Economics filed, especially the impacts of export trade on China's economic growth. On this basis, this paper will do research on the relationship of export trade and economic growth in China by theories, models and demonstrations.The first part of this paper summarizes the researches in and out of China; the second part analyzes the impactions of export trade on economics growth and the impaction ways, it is the theory basis of the paper; on the basis of traditional Cobb-Douglass production function and according to the reality in China, the third part establish the human capital endogenetic and technique endogenetic model and the exports of primary products and industrial products model to analyze the statistical data from 1980 to 2004 of China on the basis of setting up mathematics models. It points out the exterior impaction of export departments on non-export departments and the impactions of primary products export and industrial products export and reveals the essential characteristic of China's economic operation through the empirical results, thus analyzing the impact of export trade on China's economic growth objectively. In order to avoid spurious regression, this paper discusses the problem by analyzing a non-stationary real variable system and applies ADF test and co-integration theory to study. The empirical results prove that although the economy of China is not an export-led growth, export is still one of the factors that can't be ignored for the economic growth of China. In the long run, it has important meaning to keep the steady operation of our macro-economy system. We should take a good advantage of the impact of export on China's economic growth; the fourth part makes a further study on the above result.
