The Research On The Route With Holistic Listing Of Company

Since the second half of 2003, many corporations like TCL Group, Wu Gang Co. Ltd, An Gang Co. Ltd have successively realized holistic listing. The whole models of these companies are different between each other, but they deserve to be the pioneers of the financial creation of holistic listing, no matter what kind of the model is. This creative action is sure to promote the systematic construction for China's market, and is available for curing some demerits for the China's domestic security market. Currently, many companies form the central level to the local companies, have the tendency to holistic listing, which has got the support from the management level. So it is obvious that holistic listing has become a hot problem which merits the high attention from central government. Focusing on the hot point, This thesis tries to engaging in a full and complete research both from the theoretical aspect to the practical level.The fist part of this thesis demonstrated the basic definition as well as the reason of holistic listing. As there are many bifurcations in the definition of holistic listing, it is necessary for a clear expression of this definition. Meanwhile, the author made a series of comparison between holistic listing and segmental listing. From the comparison we can see that holistic listing has more advantages than segmental listing in many aspects. In addition, in the process of analysis, the author paid much attention to the historic reason of holistic listing, which provided a basic knowledge of holistic listing and thus posed a foundation for a better understanding of the thesis.The second part is the essence of this thesis. In this part, the author mainly revolved around the six methods of holistic listing and gave a particular expression of each method, then made the analysis as well as discussion through the cases happened in China' s security market. As the situation varied from different listing companies, it is possible for us to make a wonderful plan for holistic listing which has considered every part' s interests. The thesis also made good use of related economic theories like economies of scale theory, economies of scope theory.
