Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is an important stratagem of the enterprise's expansion. Compared with a new investment, it not only can decrease the corporation's administration adventure including abbreviating cycle or decreasing cost, but also can gain much asset. Since the middle of the middle of the 1990s,the tide of the M&A has been arising.The aid of the integration is to enlarge the corporation's dimensions and to bring about the resource's advisal. M&A and integration can improve the corporation's competitor strength to get the better of the competitor. but in the reality,M&A is not smooth ,many cases have showed that people have ignored the culture's strength during the integration. The amalgamation of the culture is very important factor, it affects the success of the mergers and acquisition.During the mergers and acquisition, because of the culture's difference, it's very easy to drive a wedge between the corporation employees. Some lf them may leave the primary company ,they take away the excellent technique and experience. All these make the enterprise paralytic, can not turn normally.Therefore,coulture's integration is the important factor, it can affect the result of the mergers and acquisition, we must attach importance to it.There are four models about culture's integration: conquest, amalgamation, loot and accreting. Conquest is easy to be resisted by the employees lf the aim corporation.Ir goes against absorbing the excellent facors,but it's easy to gain the lucre if the integration is successful.
