A Study On The Profit Zone Managament Of Enterprise

When we entered in to the 21st century, with the coming of the knowledge-economy era and the impact from the industrial revolution cored by the information technology, the steps of economic globalization accelerates, the different industries intercross each other, and the industrial cycle shortens. The global economy is in a critical transitional period, and all the factors above would lead to a profound and significant economical and socially structure revolution globally which trigger the research into aspects of the industrial up-gradation, multinational competition, and reconstruction as well as innovation concerning to the global business management. Under the globalization, China is also in the critical transitional period of transformation of economic system and economic improvement manners, and the change in the economic development model would accelerate the declining and transforming of traditional industry. The further advancement of China's Open and Reformation as well as the China's entry into WTO have involved the Chinese enterprises, which are immature in the market economy, in the severe international economic competition. Therefore, the enterprises face the overwhelming pressure of"reestablishment"and maintenance of the competitive advantage, and challenges they never met before.Our enterprises confronted more and more pressures China's entry into WTO, the market competitive environmental was enlarged and the international competition was white and hot. In this time it has been the most important problem that we must consider how to keep the survive ability and seek to how to develop persistently. Otherwise, the stand point of the persistence development must be accordance with the target of the enterprise; it quests that the profit must be maximized. When the profit is being maximized the shareholders could gain the most profit from the investment, and the resource will flow to the higher efficiency enterprise from the lowers and realize the resource optimization distributing. In one word, the stand point is the profit which is the persistence development of the enterprise when the function of gaining the profit is lost the enterprise will face to the crisis. When we got this point we will control the enterprise to a new and rise direction and the increasing profit will sustain the persistence development. All the competitive means to seek persistence development should obey the target of digging profit and realize the increase of the enterprise. So the study of profit zone has become the most important things when the enterprise is expanding.In the present study of profit zone in China is only localized inner the enterprise. The study ways is the theory discussing of qualitative analysis, however, there is no uniform standard to confirm the profit zone certainly and there are no analyzing ways to study all kinds of enterprises in general. The profit management is only an object and catchword for all to go in for. Based on above all, this thesis started the study from the Value Chain by analyzing of the enterprise, in accordance with the Process Management theory analyzed the general management and the sub-management, and followed by confirming the range and the existent ways of the profit zone. It is difficult to stress the key point by just analyzing the general enterprise management in order to stress the core part of profit zone's study.
