The purpose of all scientific research is to discover the strength and the way of how these forces work under the natural social phenomena. Similarly, the art of leadership is committed to find the law and the ways of how they work behind the leading activities. According to Engels'perspective of founding the "practical links", the author believes that one of the most important, the most basic aspects of the leadership is to grasp accurately and handle flexibility all kinds of relationships; and this largely determines the success or failure of the leader's personal achievements and the causes of their.Thinking talent is the core element of vitality. Dynamic leadership thinking is the core elements of leadership talent.
