The purpose of all scientific research is to discover the strength and the way of how these forces work under the natural social phenomena. Similarly, the art of leadership is committed to find the law and the ways of how they work behind the leading activities. According to Engels'perspective of founding the "practical links", the author believes that one of the most important, the most basic aspects of the leadership is to grasp accurately and handle flexibility all kinds of relationships; and this largely determines the success or failure of the leader's personal achievements and the causes of their.Thinking talent is the core element of vitality. Dynamic leadership thinking is the core elements of leadership talent. In the context of the contemporary era, a great strategic thinking requires leaders at all levels (especially the world-class leaders), around the world (especially the big countries)to accept this kind of thinking training courses.Based on the above two points, the author believes that strategic thinking about relations, ---the big strategic balance has a special importance and a special significance for the leadership. Accordingly, the author presents,demonstrations and describes leadership in the grand balance theory.Part I Through analysis the concepts of balance and non-balance, and the characteristics of their roles in the development of things, the author presents the grand balance theory.Two assumptions are at the foundation of grand balance: first, that the elements to be balanced are necessary for the society or are entitled to exist and, second, that without a state of equilibrium among them one element will gain ascendancy over others, encroach upon their interests and rights, and may ultimately destroy them. Consequently, it is the purpose of grand balance to maintain the stability of the system without destroying the multiplicity of the elements composing it.The direct goal of grand balance is, the stability plus the preservation of all the element of the system.
