As we all know, real estate is the most important part in national economy, it's development is controlled by national economy and also promotes the national economy'development quickly and healthily. As a word, it is basal and leading in national economy. And real estate market's being and development is an essential premise to real estate development healthily, also is the primary base for real estate developers. In a word, if real estate market is underdeveloped, there is not the genuine real estate.Since the reform was open, our real estate market has already been developed to a kind of important element market and consumable market, and produces effect on the element arrangement of land and house, assets replacement and property displacement. However, the growth degree, intercessory quota and intercessory strength of real estate market have already suppressed or pushed the reform progress of marketization in China directly. But, the development of our real estate market and its adjustive ability also lag China marketization innovation. So, the conformation on market economy system should depend on real estate property's marketization and real estate development healthily. Moreover, the development of real estate market in China and its standardization always trail the market innovation course. Because property right is not clear and the system innovation is not enough, so we should cultivate real estate market and system for market economy development as soon as possible.International communities particularly the developed countries, all have a set of system that is more complete and promotive in real estate developing. Among them, its reasonable constitution and valid operation is the most important.
