Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are the important support of national economy in the development of a country, not only developed countries but also developing countries. Because SMEs play a noticeable role in promoting the science and technology getting ahead, increasing the employment, enlarging the exports and so on. Yet it's a long time for our government to ignore the development of SMEs because their scale is not large and their strength is not strong. The Chinese government begun to think much about the development of SMEs from the late of 1990's. Financing difficulty is the largest problem in SMEs' development. Nowadays the research about SMEs financing still needs to be strengthened and deepened. At the present time foreign literatures about SMEs research laid particular stress on the SMEs financing problem of developed countries, which are not suitable for the Chinese situation. And most of national literatures emphasized on the reasons' discussions and the suggestions about the policies, so it is inadequate from the point of theory.In my opinion, it was the blocked financing channels that resulted in the difficulty of SMEs financing. This thesis took how to make the SMEs financing channels of China become expedite as the researched objects, and made the key points of blocked reasons about SMEs' financing channels clear. Thereby we can make some conclusions and suggestions of solving the financing predicament and expediting channels of Chinese SMEs.This thesis included four parts. Firstly, the thesis summed up the research statement. Secondly, the thesis resolved the theories of SMEs financing andenacted the correlative model, including the explanation aiming at the interrelated theories of SMEs financing channels and the design and use of credit model based on the aforementioned theory. Thirdly, the thesis discussed the microcosmic foundation of SMEs financing channels, the state and the blocked reasons' analysis of SMEs financing channels. Finally, some suggestions that would be useful for smoothing the financing channels of SMEs could be got in light of the aforementioned analysis.
