An Empirical Analysis On The Tendency Of Industrial Agglomeration In China

The industry clusters have already become a kind of world economic phenomenon. As far as the twenties of the 20th century, Marshall and Webber paid close attention to the issue of the industry clusters. Therefore it has opened up a new research field. It becomes a hot question in the field of New economic Geography , Industry's economics , Management gradually after this .But the domestic scholars study mainly about the respects , such as nature , cause of formation and advantage of the industry clusters ,etc., and few makes empirical analysis. In the means of study, qualitative analysis is in the majority, quantitative analysis occupies little. On the research approach, the normal analysis is in the majority, the positive research occupies little.The aim of this text is to test how about the Geographic concentration and agglomeration of manufacturing industries in China? What kind of characteristics are they? And what make the industries cluster? This text includes four parts as follows:Firstly, Guide. Including the degree of the agglomeration of manufacturing industries is very high; the summary of the tendency of industrial agglomeration in China; There is stronger positive correlation to gather degree and regional economic development; and the summary of the market integration.
