Jilin Province is a main grain production area, and its average amount per capita ofcommodity grain is the first in China.The development of grain industry is impotant to thepromotion of Jinlin's economy and the Enhancement of the region competitive power. Thegrain industry is facing some problems while obtains tremendous progress. Pending issueexists which in view of the development of Jilin grain industry , the author thought that toconstruct the supply chain of Jilin grain industry is the key to solve the problem. The authorhas done the fundamental research, concerns the actual condition and make the analysis andthe elaboration as the follow.First,The theory basis to construct the supply chain for grain industry of Jilin. The authoranalysises the supply chain for grain industry of Jilin theoretically ,discuss and research aboutthe conformity of this industry, the industrial chain, supplies the chain and the industrialresources which become the basic theory to construct the supply chain for grain industry ofJilin.Second, the present situation of grain industry in Jilin. All these are applied theory to reality so it is valued in thereal production.
