| In recent years, the competition for real estate market has been very fierce and real estate companies have to face the increasingly vigorous challenge. The companies must make their employees have the real understanding of and practice the company' s strategy. The companies should also effectively manage, encourage, evaluate various types of employees and completely design, establish the human resource management system in the science way, adopt scientific method to manage the employees of the knowledge type, stir up the employee' s work enthusiasm, accordingly further promote the company performance and deal with the fierce market competition.In this paper, a real estate company is taken as the example and studied on how to establish a performance management system by using the statistics analysis, the combination of theories and practice. In order to make the system match the reality of the company, management problems inside the company are firstly understood and analyzed. It is shown by analysis that the company has not established a complete performance management system, hardly adapted to the new competition environment and dislocated with the company strategy in great degrees, which accordingly a performance management system is required to be set up as soon as possible.
