A Study Of Regularizing Gansu Provincial Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer

With the development of Property Rights Exchange, there is something, such as the Loss-making State-owned Assets , that interferes with the process of Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer. Therefore, regularizing the transfer of the Enterprises' State-owned becomes more and more crucial.On the basis of Property Rights Economics and Provisional Methods for managing the State-owned Property Rights Transfer of Enterprises, we make a study of regulating State-owned Property Rights Transfer in different aspects. Through analyzing the actuality of Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer in Gansu Province, we give some advice for regulating the Transfer of Gansu Provincial Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights.There are four parts in the dissertation. The first part show the general theory about the Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer, and represent the recent situation of Gansu Provincial Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer;in the second part , on the basis of reviewing the construction and development of the Property Rights Market in Gansu ,we nail down the orientation of Gansu Provincial Property Rights Market ,meanwhile give some advice for improving the Property Rights Market;next, we talk about the regular operation of Gansu Provincial Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer, furthermore, according to the reality ,bring up a new thought about the Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer;in the end ,we discourse the supervision and the administration in order to make sure the regular operation in Enterprises' State-owned Property Rights Transfer.
