| Nowadays, as the competition becomes more and more fierce, it is urgent for enterprises to not only build up the ability of long-term development, but also acquire the perpetual competition advantage and achieve sustainable development. The groups of enterprise built to last will be the foundation of steady and sustaining economy in a country, so it has realistic meaning that we use the strategic opinion of sustainable development to guide the corporate financing.According to modern capital structure theory and the relative study on corporate financial structure in our. country, the dissertation focuses on corporate financing, which is the logical start of sustainable development. In view of the actualities of non-standardized corporate financing behavior and inefficient utilization of financing, the dissertation brings forward a new goal for optimizing corporate financial structure, Finance Sustainable Growth, which embodies the strategic opinion of sustainable development. Due to the goal, optimizing corporate financial structure should accord with the principles that the increase of financial resource should meet the requirements of corporate growth, and the efficiency of financial resource's utilization should keep improving constantly. In line with the principles, the dissertation introduces two finance models, Sustainable Growth Rate( SGR) and Economic Value Added (EVA) as the basis of optimizing corporate financial structure. The dissertation also puts forward the path of optimizing corporate financial structure based on two models mentioned above. The course of optimizing corporate financial structure needs the cooperation of reforming corporate system and improving market environment. In the end, it puts forward the suggestion for optimizing corporate financial structure, including reforming corporate ownership system, restructuring the relationship between banks and enterprises, improving capital market and so on. |
