The Research On China's Venture Capital Problems & Corresponding Countermeasures

The 21st century is the knowledge economy epoch. During this epoch, the level of high-tech industrialization is an important factor which decides the national comprehensive strength and the international competition ability. Venture capital is important support strength of the knowledge economy and "the propeller" of high-tech industrialization, which is proved in the process of developing high-tech and industrialization in various countries. Without the venture capital, there is not having the high-tech industrialization and the arrival of the knowledge economy.Developing our country's venture capital complies with the technology development tendency of the world and adapts to the need of international competition. From producing to present, china's venture capital had the certain scale, promoted high-tech achievement transformation and the economical development in the certain degree. But comparing with the venture capital developed country and the area, china's venture capital still has all sorts of problems, which has not been able to play the role to the technical achievement transformation and the economical development that should have .How to solve the problems in the venture capital movement existing has become the urgent matter.This paper chooses the problems existed in china's venture capital process to take the research object, through systemic abstraction and synthesis innovation of the domestic and foreign fundamental research achievements and the experiences, devoting to analyze the problems of china's venture capital systemically and excavate the reasons, and researching the corresponding countermeasures of developing china's venture capital, in order to promote the development of venture enterprises and make a bigger contribution of the high-tech industry in china.First, the thesis analyzes the basic connotation of the venture capital, the necessityand actuality of developing venture capital, and to draw lessons from international comparison and experiences. In succession, the thesis analyzes the present situation of our country's venture capital, pointing out the problems existing. Next, the thesis analyzes the reasons of problem from many aspects, for instance: law, policy and market enviorment. Last, the thesis proposes the countermeasures of developing our country's venture.
